SITAG HAVE A FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH LABOUR MARKET SERVICE PROVIDER.  (ASETS)  ABORIGINAL SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT TRAINING STRATEGY.

This agreement is to target ONLY on reserve clients that have confirmation to long term employment or a program training.  The client would have to make an appointment or have a walk in with the Labour Force Development Coordinator at the Mosquito Grizzly Bear’s Head Lean man First Nation Band Office.

The client would also fill out the paper work and once that is completed they will be submitted/faxed to head office in Saskatoon Sk.  Then we will determine from the TAS website and view the clients work history if they are eligible for EI or CFI reach back.  Once paper work is complete depending on the information given we will then determine under the LFD policy guidelines what he or she is eligible for.  As long as the client is legal age of 18 he or she has a right to apply.
