Housing Services
There are currently 135 homes or housing units in the community, including an 8-plex and a 6-plex, which is actually made up of 3 duplexes.
There are currently 16 serviced lots that are available for residential development and we are happy to announce that 6 of these lots will be filled, during the summer of 2020. We have already purchased 4 pre-fabricated houses, through CMHC funding, and will be building an additional 2 new houses over the summer, using band funds, as well as 4 elder homes.
